Message	fresh one =). I dont know what NEO is, but a car guy i know puts automatic tranny fluid in his real old saturn beater transmission. Says the thinner fluid lets the synchros spin up faster. Makes sense to me, but i never had to try it in the Z. At 264k with most gears grinding, i dont suppose you have much to lose. I would expect it to run a bit hotter though as well.
